Happy began playing tournament golf at the age of five and is very active on the junior tour circuit each year. Happy has played in the USKids World Championship's @ Pinehurst North Carolina (2015,2018.2019), The Hurricane Tournament of Champions in Orlando Florida (2018,2019, 2020) and the World Stars of Golf in Las Vegas (2020). He also plays in the Pepsi Little Peoples Tournament Quincy Illinois. He crafted the movie character’s swing for fun and you can challenge him in our “Happy Gilmore Swing” competition!

Chris is a retired basketball coach of (19) years. He also coached baseball and cross-country. He has directed many basketball leagues and tournaments throughout his career before retiring to caddie for Happy in 2017.

Dear Players & Parents;
I want to welcome you to our INAUGURAL teamhappygilmore.com for Friends of Tennessee's Babies Junior Golf Tournament at Sevierville Golf Club in beautiful Sevierville Tennessee! We have been building for this for many, many years and it is exciting to finally see it happen! The Friends of Tennessee's Babies work with infants and children with disabilities and they do amazing things! We are thrilled to have them as a partner and helping them achieve their mission!
We feel we have put together a fun, exciting top-notch tournament like you have never seen! We want you to relax, laugh and have fun while enjoying your time here with your family and friends. We want you to feel comfortable, safe and hope you will make plans to come back and join us every year! If you have any issues regarding the tournament, please do not hesitate to contact either myself of any member of our staff so we can work to resolve it. At the end of the tournament, we ask you complete our short email survey and give us your feedback (good or bad) on how we did. We will take your feedback to help improve our tournament every year!
We have a fun, rewarding tournament planned and we can't wait to meet you and add you to our golf family!

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS!
MONDAY JULY 12TH 2021
On Monday (July 12th), players can schedule a practice round through the golf course. *Players are responsible for their own green/cart fees. Ask for the junior rate! We will have a Closest To the Pin contest during the practice round for a cool prize!
Players can check-in at the teamhappygilmore.com table inside the club house banquet room from 10:00a-5:00p. Players will receive their tee gifts and can then register for our featured events.
Players may participate in our featured events beginning at 4:00p. Players will compete in our Long Drive, Chipping and Putting contest. Players ages 10 and up can participate in our "Happy Gilmore Swing" challenge against our Ambassador Happy Gilmore! Everyone is invited to watch this! Practice up and bring your best "Happy Gilmore Swing!"
We will close the evening with our player/family picnic at 6:00p. We will eat, have door prizes and have special guest speakers! We will also present awards to our winners of our featured events!
TUESDAY JULY 13TH 2021 (ROUND 1)
Round one will begin on Tuesday (July 13th 2021). Tee times for round one will be posted on teamhappygilmore.com and emailed on Friday evening (July 9th). Final round tee times will be posted and emailed as soon as possible following round one.
WEDNESDAY JULY 14TH 2021 (ROUND 2)
The final round will be on Wednesday (July 14th 2021). Awards will be given out after the completion of each age division. Reminder that the Top 10 will receive awards/recognition so please stay close by after you complete your final round.
